applications are used in the field by the officer to

CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer Handheld
Mobile Computer Software is designed to operate
on and utilize all the functionality of the
military-grade CN3 Handheld Mobile Computer by
Intermec. From the attachable Magnetic Card Reader
(MCR) to the 2D Barcode Imager Scanner, every
hardware function is used to make the ticket writing
process faster and more accurate than writing tickets
by hand. Finishing out the hardware is a rugged
Bluetooth-enabled portable receipt printer by the
industry standard leader Zebra Technologies.

Computer Software provides you with the freedom
of mobility without sacrificing ease of use or
features you expect from an electronic ticket writer
solution.
CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer Cruiser
Software is designed to operate on and utilize
all the functionality of the laptop or other mounted
computer which may already be installed in your
police cruiser/law enforcement vehicle. With
CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer Cruiser the
only additional hardware needed is the portable
receipt printer by Zebra Technologies and a Magtek
magnetic card reader. CiteClearly™ Ticket
Writer Cruiser works flawlessly with your touch
screen enabled devices. The ticket entry screen has
the layout of a pre-printed ticket used for
hand-written tickets bringing familiarity to entry

Software is the final, critical application to
the CiteClearly™ Electronic Ticket Writer
System. CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer
Manager Software provides law enforcement
administrative staff the ability to manage the fleet
of ticket writer software in the field by controlling
software updates and providing vital data that aids
in the ticket writing process such as street names,
violation codes, and vehicle make and model
information. CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer
Manager Software also provides a repository for
written tickets. CiteClearly™ Ticket Writer
Manager Software learns from past ticket
information and builds a "quick list" of top
violations for which tickets are written in your

manager reports built off the information received
